Project Overview:
Video to include the following points of difference:
* Interview with CEO mentioning this is a family-owned and operated Australian business celebrating 25 years of “simply creating happiness” with irresistibly delicious cakes, pastries and desserts.
* Supporting “local first” by actively sourcing Australian ingredients, packaging equipment and technology support.
* HACCP and FSSC22000 certification.
* Mention that the company is a large scale contract manufacturer. Mention some of the industries not the names of the businesses.
* Note size of production facility, possibly an interior drone shot.
* Close Ups of specialised equipment, ensuring not to give away any IP.
* No artificial flavours used. All natural Australian products.
* Mention the dietary options that are catered for (vegan/gluten-free/dairy-free).
* Film the Sales and Marketing and Customer Service teams, showing how they are devoted to supporting the markets and customers

OUR PROCESS
- On acceptance of the Quote the job will be scheduled in for filming and editing this month.
- We have allocated a full day for the filming at your premises.
- Please supply your brand guidelines for the colours and fonts for the opening and closing titles and text animations.
- Please supply high res files of your finished creations.
- We will film in 4K so images can be resized/
- We allow 2 x review changes to the edits
- After the shoot, all material will be uploaded to a dropbox.
- We will maintain a libary of material so that video content can be repurposed.
Client owns copyright to all raw video material

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The parties agree as follow:
Duties of Producer
1. Will produce the video material as set out in the quote on a High Definition Cameras. The project will be edited and completed within …… weeks the parties will co-operate to achieve this. The edited version will be compressed for the web.
2. On approval of edited version USB’s / DVD’s if required, will be duplicated as ordered by client, if needed.
3. Will provide services to the best of the Producer’s ability and will ensure a high technical and professional standard.
4. The Client, not the Producer, will select and engage all performers and take care of all legal matters pertaining to rights and copyright.
5. The production Company will take care of copyright matters and payments pertaining to music rights.
6. Will comply with reasonable directions and requests from the Client.
7. Will keep to the budget as quoted unless additional requests are made.
8. Will strive to achieve a successful outcome for the client and will offer professional advice to the best of the Producer’s ability.
Duties of Client
1. Will provide to the Producer the facilities, materials, and services, props and costumes as described in the quote or script so that a successful program can be made.
2. Will provide a clear brief.
3. Will pay as described here and in quote.
Approval, Consultation
1. The client will be asked to approve the script, the shots and the rough edit. The Producer will comply with the client’s decisions. The Producers will invite the client to view rough footage prior to editing as well as to view the final cut. The edit will take place according to the brief and according to the time allotted in the budget. If additional new changes and new ideas are requested (different from the brief or the quote, and therefore necessitating additional time and effort beyond the quote) the Producers will willingly oblige with a new quote for the additional work.
2. These will form part of the final payment. Additional filming or editing will be charged out as per rates in budget.
3. Royalty free music will be attempted to be used but if music royalties have to be paid the client will be consulted beforehand. In some cases APRA/AMCOS rates will apply if music, represented by APRA/AMCOS is used.
4. The Client will be available to the Producer for consultation during the editing when reasonably requested to attend or discuss by phone.
Payment Terms
The Client will pay the Producer a deposit on the understanding that the Producer guarantees to complete the program as described in the brief and Quote and according to the Guarantee as in Price List. Copyright and Property title will reside with the Client.
Instalments of 1/3 will be made:
1. On signing this agreement so that crew and equipment can be booked and pre-production paid for.
2. After filming.
3. On completion of final editing and presentation of edited master or compressed versions of the master (Final payment on delivery). Alternatively, if the production company has tried to complete the project within twelve weeks of filming, but the client has been unable to meet this deadline, final payment will be made and the editing guaranteed to be completed at the client’s convenience.
Payment for Duplication will be made separately.
Credits
The Producers will be credited for their work at the end of the film.
Copyright
Copyright will be owned by the client. The term All Rights Reserved and the Date will be placed at the end of the production to protect the client if needed.
Warranties
1. The Producers warrant that they have the full right, power and authority to enter and perform this agreement.
They will ensure that the program is made in accordance with excellent technical standards within the limits of the budget.
2. The Client warrants that they have the full right, power and authority to enter and perform this agreement.
Disputes
Any dispute arising from this agreement will be submitted to mediation before having recourse to arbitration or litigation.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement, and the Quote constitute the entire agreement between the parties and may be amended only in writing signed by the parties.
